December is a great time to reflect on the past year and I would like to take the time to express, my gratitude to all Just Better Care Franchise owners and their staff for the commitment and passion shown in the delivery of services to our customers.

It has been a year of extraordinary change in the industry which has brought exciting new opportunities to our customers in regards to choice and control over their lives and their choice of provider. With this opportunity we  have seen a marked increase in the number of customers choosing Just Better Care as a provider.

At Just Better Care we  are honoured to have been welcomed into the lives of so many people within the community seeking our services. 

I want to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our staff throughout the year, and particularly at this time. We are very proud of our Just Better Care teams who are working across the holiday period to ensure our customers continue to achieve their goals.

For many of our staff, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing our customers enjoy this time of year: spending it with family and friends, or actively within their community. We recognise this commitment and continue to appreciate the dedication of the amazing Just Better Care network.

We wish all of our staff, owners, customers and families, and wider community a happy and safe festive season and look forward to working alongside them in the new year.
