Getting out and about is a big part of life, and our team can support you in being part of the activities and events that matter to you. We offer a range of services, from support to transport, to help you attend work or volunteer commitments, social outings, family gatherings, recreational activities, community events and more. We can provide support for just a few hours, or on a regular basis. It’s up to you.

We can support you and your family after a hospital visit, and provide any specialist support you may require. This can include anything from specialist clinical care by a registered nurse, or assistance with administering medication or treating wounds, to personal care, shopping and meal preparation. When it comes to travel, and getting out and about, our experienced team can offer a range of transportation and mobility options, to help you get to and from your destination as comfortably and easily as possible.

Whether you need someone to stay with you in your home for a single night, or on a longer-term basis, our experienced and professional team members can help you feel safe and supported around the clock. Our support can be scheduled ahead of time or provided on an as-needed basis – for instance, if your usual carer has other commitments. We can provide personal care services to help you stay comfortable, assist you with getting in and out of bed, or turning and repositioning you through the night. We can also provide medication and pain management, ensure you stay nourished and hydrated, and assist with your temperature regulation.

Everyday personal care is essential to independent living at home. Our experienced and professional team of Support Professionals can assist with your personal care needs with complete respect for your privacy and dignity. This can include anything from bathing and showering, to personal hygiene and grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility support. We can also assist you with getting in and out of bed, as well as managing continence, and providing assistance in using continence aids and appliances. Whether you’d like special support for an upcoming event, assistance once or twice a week, or you’d like us to visit every day, it’s completely up to you.

When it comes to the food you eat at home, our team can support you in preparing and enjoying your favourite snacks and meals, the way you like them. Whether you have special dietary needs, need inspiration with your meal plans, or would simply love some help with everyday cooking, we can offer the level of support and advice you want. We can work alongside you to plan some tasty meals for the week ahead, accompany you to the supermarket, unpack your groceries, keep you company while you cook something new, or completely prepare your favourite meals on your behalf. Simply tell us what interests you, and we will work out a plan that suits.

Our registered or enrolled nurses can assist you with staying on top of medical issues that require a professional’s attention, without you necessarily having to leave your home. This could include medication management, wound care, monitoring clinical signs such as blood pressure, pulse and temperature, or providing specialist assistance if you’ve recently been ill or hospitalised. Simply discuss your needs with our expert team, and we will work with you – as well as your doctor and other health professionals – to create a plan.

If there are tasks around the home that you’d prefer not to do yourself, or some you’d like support with, you can rely on us. Our capable team has broad experience and can provide short term assistance, or ongoing support. This could include anything from putting on a load of laundry or folding clothes, making your bed, sweeping your front path or watering your plants. If there’s something we can’t do, we can refer you to someone who can. Simply tell us what you need, and we’ll work out how we can best assist you.

At times when your carer or family member may have other responsibilities, or need to catch up on other matters, our experienced team can step in to lend their support. We can provide respite care on an occasional or as-needed basis, and in all kinds of situations – whether your usual carer will be at home with you or not. This can include anything from helping you to attend a social event, to taking you shopping, preparing meals with you, or taking care of tasks around the home.
