Since day one, our focus has been on empowering customers through personalised, flexible services that meet your individual needs and goals.
Working in partnership with you, our experienced local team takes the time to get to know what matters most — supporting your wellbeing, confidence, and community connections every step of the way.
Call our Bendigo office today to find out how we can help you stay active, engaged, and supported.
It can be daunting when the things you’ve always done start to become harder to manage.
At Just Better Care Bendigo, we’ll help you recognise your strengths, build your confidence, and find new ways to keep doing what you love.
Sometimes a little help around the house can make a big difference. Whether it’s walking the dog, cleaning, doing the laundry, or help with the weekly shop — our friendly Support Workers can make everyday life easier.
Just Better Care Bendigo can tailor flexible home care support to suit your lifestyle and routine, so you can stay confident and in control.
Sometimes it’s the simple things that matter most — sharing a cuppa, enjoying some company, or getting out for a few hours.
Our Bendigo team can plan regular visits and activities that help you stay socially connected and supported by people you know and trust.
Fancy a trip to the nursery and an afternoon of gardening? Care to take in a movie or play? Enjoy playing cards or arts and crafts? Supporting you to engage in activities you love, and identifying ways to maintain your chosen levels of independence is what we do best.
At Just Better Care Bendigo, we specialise in higher levels of personalised care for people with complex needs — including dementia, memory loss, palliative care, and clinical or nursing support.
Our experienced team provides safe, compassionate care at home, with services such as continence management, medication support, and high-care assistance — all delivered with dignity and respect.
A cancellation fee applies in some circumstances. Wherever possible, we ask that at least 24 hours notice is given when you need to cancel your service. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may incur a cancellation fee.
If you don't feel comfortable with the people who visit you, please let the Service Coordinator know so we can arrange different support staff. If you are unhappy with any of the services you receive, let us know so we can implement changes and improvements.
Support staff are required to call coordinators when they have concerns for a customer's wellbeing or if an incident occurs. Examples of reasons when a staff member would need to contact the office include:
All Just Better Care staff are thoroughly screened (including undertaking a variety of background screenings and references). Every staff member is reliable, well-trained and trustworthy. Each staff member also carries a Just Better Care issued photo ID with their name, photo, and office contact details.
If the extra task can be completed safely and within the time allocated for the service, your staff member will be happy to assist. Some programs are restricted; please call our office if you are unsure.
Services can only go ahead if you are at home. Please let the office know if you won't be home for a service so it can be rescheduled. If you don't notify the office, you may still have to pay for the service.
We will discuss with you any services with you that fall on a public holiday. If you prefer, your service could potentially be moved to a different day; just let us know.
Yes, you will be notified of any changes to the staff who deliver your services.
