We are stoked to have the well-experienced Pat, Morag and Josie join our Field Staff team on the Sunshine Coast, who shared their first impressions at the conclusion of day one orientation.

"It's been wonderful. All the staff right from the beginning and even meeting the big boss and just seeing that there's a real concern for care for our customers, so that's really important to me," Morag said.

"Very professional and very informative. So all the support systems are there in place so you can do the work professionally," Pat added.

What happens at Orientation?

At orientation, staff gain the opportunity to meet Tony our Director and put a face to the office team who’ll be their closest allies when on service in the community.

The day is about empowering and educating new staff on our orginisation, history, mission and values, and also providing a clear guide how to deliver the best customer experience.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff are a key point of discussion, which includes a run down on PPE requirements aligned with State and Federal Health Departments.
