Based in Birtinya, our Sunshine Coast office team is available Monday to Friday during business hours, with 24/7 care and support services delivered by our experienced local Support Workers, Nurses and healthcare professionals. We work closely with individuals, families and support networks to ensure reliable, respectful and high-quality care at every stage.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) on the Sunshine Coast

Just Better Care Sunshine Coast provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across the Sunshine Coast, supporting people to live well in shared home environments with the right level of care and independence.

Our SIL supports are delivered across four Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes, located from Caloundra to Nambour. In each house, our experienced team of qualified nurses and disability support professionals provides 24/7 support, tailored to your individual needs, goals and preferences.

We work closely with you, your family and support network to develop personalised support plans that promote choice, independence and quality of life. Supports may include nursing and clinical care, wound care, medication management, assistance with daily living, meal preparation, transport, community participation and building everyday skills.

With a strong local presence on the Sunshine Coast, Just Better Care is committed to creating safe, supportive and empowering living environments where you can feel at home and supported to live the life you choose.
