We are owned, operated, and supported by a team of professionals who live in, and have genuine knowledge of the Adelaide region. The services we provide, and how we provide them, are determined by our caring, local team.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare and six years in aged care operations, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as a co-founder of Just Better Care Adelaide. My journey in this field is deeply personal, inspired by my experiences witnessing my parents care for my grandparents with dementia in New Zealand. This drove me to join a care service that prioritises compassion, dignity, quality and choice. I hold a Bachelor of International Management, which has equipped me with the skills to lead and positively impact the aged care sector. Beyond my professional life, I’m a passionate sports enthusiast and a proud Brisbane Lions AFL fan. When I’m not cheering on my team, I cherish spending time with my wife, Shauna, our three children, and our two dogs.
As a co-founder of Just Better Care Adelaide, I bring over seven years of experience as a Rehabilitation Counsellor and Allied Health professional. My passion for aged care was driven by my family’s own personal journey supporting my grandmother with early-onset Alzheimer’s during my adolescence. This inspired me to establish a care service focused on compassion, dignity, and independence in the home. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Rehabilitation Counselling and am dedicated to delivering person-centred care and driving impact in the aged care industry. Beyond work, I enjoy reading, experimenting with baking, and spending precious moments with my husband, Regan, our three children, and our two dogs.
