Andrea is here to support you as you begin exploring care options and planning support at home. She can take the time to explain the services available, help you understand funding pathways such as Support at Home, and answer any questions you may have.
Whether you’re just starting to think about extra support, or looking for guidance on what’s available, Andrea will walk you through the process at your pace. She can also involve your family or carers if you wish, helping you feel informed, supported and confident about your next steps.
Meet Emma
Emma leads care planning and coordination and works closely with Andrea to ensure support is put in place smoothly and effectively. She can help organise services, coordinate care workers, and review or optimise an existing care arrangement.
