07 June 2016 Just Better Care Australia and 360 Health + Community sign franchise deal in Perth New franchise agreement brings two leading community service providers together in the West Media Release Just Better Care Australia and 360 Health + Community have signed a franchise agreement installing 360 Health + Community as the sole owner and operator of Just Better Care’s Perth and Perth South territories. 360 Health + Community will operate two Just Better Care franchise territories in greater Perth and Perth South areas effective June 2016, ensuring existing customers receive continuity of care provided by an established and innovative primary health and social care provider.
