Celebrating another successful year at Just Better Care

Making strides in innovation, quality, customer service and business growth were just a few of the achievements celebrated at the Just Better Care Australia annual Franchise Owner’s Awards Ceremony.

 
Making strides in innovation, quality, customer service and business growth were just a few of the achievements celebrated at the Just Better Care Australia annual Franchise Owner’s Awards Ceremony.
 
Just Better Care Franchisees from across Australia gathered together in Noosa to celebrate their success over the past year, and share their collective experiences and insights.
 
Just Better Care Chief Operating Officer, Alison Chandler congratulated all the winners on their well-deserved awards, as well as the wider Just Better Care network for its contribution to providing quality, accessible and affordable in-home care and support services to Australian communities.
 
Ms Chandler said award recipients were selected for showing innovation, outstanding growth, quality business operations, and for delivering outstanding customer service.
 
“Every year, we take the time to show our gratitude and appreciation to all Just Better Care Franchise owners and their staff. We acknowledge their dedication to their customers, their staff and the local communities in which they deliver aged care and disability services,” Ms Chandler said.
 
“This year’s award recipients have gone above and beyond to build sustainable businesses, while supporting their staff as they work to create new possibilities for their customers.
 
Award recipients were selected for their demonstrated excellence within a respective category.
 
The Just Better Care Mornington franchise received the Franchise of the Year Award, as well as the Outstanding Growth Award.
 
The Local Area Marketing award went to the Just Better Care Sunshine Coast Franchise, while our Hills to Hornsby Franchise received the Quality and Best Practice award.
 
Newcastle Hunter Franchise received the Customer Service Award and Ryde Parramatta Franchise was awarded the People and Culture award.
 
“Congratulations to all owners on another successful year,” Ms Chandler said.
 
“All Just Better Care owners should be proud of the accomplishments they continue to achieve.”
