Vanessa

Not only does Vanessa encompass all the responsibilities and tasks of a dedicated Home Care Package Manager, she is always on hand to lend her coordination expertise to the team and step in when she sees they need troubleshooting.
Caring & friendly approach
Vanessa takes a caring and friendly approach to every customer, and has a great rapport with all the therapists, contractors, providers that are used to support our Home Care Package customers. Only ‘the best will do’ is Vanessa’s motto which is shown in the feedback from our customers and all areas of her work.
