Step 2: Notify your current provider
Once you decide to switch, let your current provider know in writing. We can help you draft this if needed.
Step 3: Update your details with My Aged Care
Call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or update your provider online. You’ll need to reallocate your Home Care Package to Just Better Care using your unique referral code.
Step 4: Begin care with Just Better Care
Our team will work with you to finalise your new care plan and start delivering services. We handle the handover so you don’t have to.
