Lee joins Just Better Care Australia from Bluebird Care UK & Ireland, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and played a key role in leading the growth and expansion of the Bluebird brand in the United Kingdom & Ireland. Lee brings extensive experience across the home care, consumer healthcare, retail and professional services sectors.

Known as a high-energy, people-centred leader, Lee has a strong background in customer experience and care, international franchising, and large-scale change leadership.
