Just Better Care Australia Appoints New CEO, Lee Walsh

Just Better Care Australia has appointed Lee Walsh as its new Chief Executive Officer. With extensive leadership experience in home care and franchising from his previous role at Bluebird Care UK & Ireland, Lee will build on the organisation’s strong values and support network to strengthen service delivery and partnerships across the aged care and disability support sector.

Bringing a people-centred leadership style and deep experience from his role at Bluebird Care UK & Ireland, Lee is focused on continuing to support customer-centred service delivery and guiding the organisation through a dynamic and evolving community care landscape.

A proven leader for the future

Lee joins Just Better Care Australia from Bluebird Care UK & Ireland, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and played a key role in expanding the Bluebird brand across the United Kingdom & Ireland. Lee brings extensive experience across the home care, consumer healthcare, retail and professional services sectors.

Known as a high-energy, people-centred leader, Lee has a strong background in customer experience and care, international franchising, and large-scale change leadership.
