Systems, Processes and Expertise right from the start

Franchisees receive a comprehensive initial training program covering all aspects of the Just Better Care business system along with assistance obtaining industry consents and accreditations required under the Aged (Government Funded Home Care Packages) and Disability (NDIS) programs.

In addition, ongoing training, support and coaching is provided for both Franchise Owners and their staff as well as regular progress meetings with a dedicated Franchisor Management team that is standing by to provide support and assistance where needed.
